Beta Sec.: International Intercontinental (Results H1 2021)- Book Value of the share (NAV p.s.): € 7.27 (31/12/2020: € 7.42)

International Intercontinental (Results H1 2021): Revenues remained almost unchanged at € 3,032,268 in H1:21, compared to € 3,146,550 in the first half of 2020 (-3.6% y-o-y), slightly affected by the marginal reduction of rents, due to reductions imposed on companies affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

  • The value of the Group’s real estate portfolio increased by 13% to amounting to € 104.3 million, while it is now at the level of € 112.3 million, after the acquisition of a commercial two-storey property in Pikermi. On 30.06.2021 at the Group owned a total of 33 properties – mainly shops and offices – with an area of 43,277 sq.m. and almost unchanged in relation to 31/12/2020. In more details:

§  Rental income amounted to € 4 million compared to € 4.11 million (-2.68% y-o-y), including contractually agreed annual adjustments, as well as mandatory reduction of 40% of a small part of the rents (based on relevant ministerial decisions), as one of the support measures for the affected companies.

§  Losses from revaluation of fair value of real estate amounted to € 0.116 million against losses € 0.28 million in the corresponding period last year.

§  Operating profit amounted to € 2.9 million compared to € 2.85 million in the corresponding period last year, mainly affected by smaller losses from real estate adjustments to fair value and less operating expenses, but also less rental income.

§  As a result, pre-tax profits amounted to € 2.37m. against € 2.75 million of the corresponding last year further affected by a significant increase in financial costs due to of additional lending for investment purposes.

§  Net profit after tax amounted to € 2.32 million compared to € 2.7 million last year

§  Loan Liabilities to Investments (LTV): 32.52% (31/12/2020: 28.64%)

§  Adjusted EBITDA: € 3,086,355 (First half of 2020: € 3,199,801)

§  Operating capital (FFO): € 3,032,268 (First half of 2020: € 3,146,550)

§  General Liquidity: 1.36 (31/12/2020: 4.46), reduced due to the investment of a significant part of

§  available on new properties.

§  Book Value of the share (NAV p.s.): € 7.27 (31/12/2020: € 7.42)

§  Earnings per share (EPS): € 0.22 (First half of 2020: € 0.26)
